By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you have made your own independent legal enquiries and that your use of the Platform is not in breach of any applicable law.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each User is permitted to hold exactly one Account on kl1083. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether directly or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. kl1083 reserves the right to close all Accounts held by any User found to have violated this policy and to permanently withhold any associated Balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify kl1083 promptly of any changes.
3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. kl1083 shall not be liable for any loss suffer ed as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify kl1083 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). kl1083 is required to verify the identity of all Account holders. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents at any time:
3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting kl1083 customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

4.2 Own Funds Only. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. kl1083 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Any deposit originating from a payment method not registered to the Account holder will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
4.3 Currency. All deposits are accepted and credited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). kl1083 does not accept deposits in any other currency. Any currency conversion costs incurred on the depositor's side are borne solely by the User.
4.4 Deposit Limits. kl1083 may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits at its discretion. Players may also set voluntary deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their Account settings. See Responsible Gaming for further details.
5.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. You may submit a withdrawal request at any time, provided that: (a) your Account has been fully verified under the KYC process; (b) the amount requested does not exceed your Real Money Balance; and (c) all applicable wagering requirements attached to any Bonus Balance have been satisfied.
5.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations. kl1083 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
5.3 Processing Times. kl1083 targets the following withdrawal processing times under normal operating conditions:
Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required. kl1083 will notify the affected User in such cases.
5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.5 Withdrawal Limits. Standard daily withdrawal limits apply to all Accounts. Enhanced limits are available to verified VIP Account holders. Current limit schedules are published in the Account settings section of the Platform.
5.6 Right to Investigate. kl1083 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending completion of a security or compliance review. The Platform will endeavour to complete any such review within five (5) business days and will communicate its outcome to the User promptly.
6.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers are available to eligible registered Account holders as specified in each individual promotion's terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover multiplier, qualifying game types, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period are detailed in the specific terms of each promotion. Players must satisfy all wagering requirements before any portion of the Bonus Balance may be converted to Real Money or withdrawn.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus credits that are not used within the promotional period specified will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without compensation.
6.4 Abuse Prevention. kl1083 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing offsetting bets with a view to clearing a bonus at minimal risk ("bonus hedging"); and the use of automated software or bots to generate wagering activity. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have associated winnings forfeited and the Account may be permanently closed.
6.5 Promotional Variations. kl1083 may run seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events and holidays, including but not limited to Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and the BRI Liga 1 season. The terms of each such promotion will be published on the Platform and incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets are subject to acceptance by kl1083. The Platform reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
7.2 Errors and Omissions. In the event of a manifest error in the odds, game result, or payout displayed on the Platform, kl1083 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the User's Account. This includes but is not limited to: obvious pricing errors; technical glitches resulting in incorrect odds display; and data feed errors.
7.3 Sports Betting. All sports bets are settled in accordance with kl1083's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the Platform. Markets covered include BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, and a comprehensive selection of international sports including badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), and E-sports (MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are governed by additional rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section.
7.4 Live Casino. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules of each game are displayed within the game interface. kl1083 is not responsible for any interruption to a live game session caused by the third-party provider's infrastructure.
7.5 Slot Games. Slot games are provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of Platform content without the express written consent of kl1083 is strictly prohibited.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kl1083 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.
11.2 kl1083 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that all content will be error-free, or that the Platform is free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.3 Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, kl1083's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in this Agreement limits kl1083's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by kl1083 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
kl1083 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, kl1083 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending an email to the address registered on your Account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to an amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kl1083 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
kl1083 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as a representation that the Platform is lawful in the Republic of Indonesia or any other specific jurisdiction. Users in Indonesia and other markets access the Platform entirely at their own risk and on their own legal assessment.
